MODERN STATE OF CRIMINALITY IN UKRAINE IN THE FIELD OF APPEAL OF NARCOTIC FACILITIES

Abstract
The personal touches of illegal appeal of narcotic facilities are certain. The basic tendencies of crimes are considered constrained from the illegal making, acquisition, storage, transportation, sending and sale of narcotic facilities. The basic features of drug trafficking in some regions of Ukraine are defined.
